ABSTRACT SUBMISSION - DEADLINE 04 MAY 2019
There are two options of submission. Authors are flexible to choose their preferred submission:
(a) Submission for poster presentation only - Participants are required to submit a short abstract up to 200 words. Accepted short abstract will be invited to give the poster presentation. The short abstract will not be published. Abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Word (docx only) format through our online submission system by 04 May 2019. A Microsoft Word template is available to help in the preparation of abstracts:

(b) Submission for poster presentation and publication - Participants are required to submit 2-pages extended abstract. Accepted extended abstract will be invited to give the poster presentation. The extended abstract will be published in the proceeding with e-ISBN, which will be indexed in Google Scholar. In addition, the proceedings will also be submitted to Clarivate Analytics Conference Proceedings Citation Index™ (CPCI) for indexing consideration in Web of Science® coverage. Abstract must be submitted in Microsoft Word (docx only) format through our online submission system by 04 May 2019. A Microsoft Word template is available to help in the preparation of abstracts:

*Declaration: All authors should aware that abstract will be rejected without any further consideration if it is found there is an in-compliance with the MERD'19 typesetting format (including references).
PRESENTATION TYPE
All authors with accepted short or extended abstracts are required to present their research findings through POSTER presentation. The best quality posters will be awarded for "BEST POSTER PRESENTATION AWARD" during presentation day.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION (OPTIONAL) - DEADLINE 31 JULY 2019
The authors with accepted short or extended abstracts are encouraged to submit their optional full paper for possible publication in our supporting journals, indexed in Scopus and WoS-ISI (Clarivate Analytics), at no additional charges. Papers submitted will go through the normal peer review managed by the journal’s editors and appear in either regular or special issue as they are accepted and ready for publication. The possibility of inclusion is very high.
Authors are advised to indicate in the “Acknowledgements” section of their manuscripts and in the cover letter or 'note to editor' that the work was originally accepted for and presented at MERD'19.
